My role is to work closely with our job seeking clients, to ensure they have all the information needed to secure employment. This includes notifying them about potential employers, information to include in their resume, job opportunities, relevant courses and any other resources that may lead to sustainable employment.
I really enjoy seeing people thrive, which is why I love my job. An essential part of my role is to help our clients overcome personal barriers, such as language, understanding work ethics and limited knowledge of job interviews. It’s a great feeling to help someone improve their quality of life and overall well-being. To move from a life with no goals or hard-to-achieve goals, to one of positive mindset and a brighter future.
