As a long-term Darwin resident, migrant to Australia and former refugee, Sanja is keen to support Melaleuca Australia to achieve its vision and help others feel welcome in the Territory.
Sanja specialises in improving organisational performance through better planning, risk management and governance. She believes in creating strategic clarity and simplifying supporting tools and processes, as ways of building a high-performance culture.
Sanja’s professional experience is a combination of external consulting, internal advisory and operational roles. She has worked in international consulting firms, frontline and central government agencies and the banking sector.
Sanja also ran a successful independent consulting company for over four years and recently returned to a public sector role, to be part of something bigger than herself and to influence change from the inside.
