My role is very hands on and goes a long way in satisfying my passion of motivating and helping people. At one level, I provide coaching, training and support to our team of Employment Mentors, including help with complex cases. My other main responsibility is to assist job seekers to gain suitable employment and address any potential barriers (eg language, education issues) to securing a job.
Before joining Melaleuca, I spent many years in employment services and education. As I’m very much a people person, I’ve enjoyed applying my skills and experience with the team, improving the quality of our clients’ lives and often their families’ lives too.
Looking forward, I hope to continue to motivate, encourage and share more of my skills and experience in employment services with my colleagues and job seeker clients. I have a big heart and it makes me happy to help other people.
