Employment Mentor – Palmerston
My role is to work closely with our job seeking clients, to ensure they have all the information needed to secure employment. This includes notifying them about potential employers, information to include in their resume, job opportunities, relevant courses and any other resources that may lead to sustainable employment.
As I’m passionate about helping others and seeing them thrive, this job is a good fit for me. If someone is experiencing a hard time, I’ll do everything I can to help them. On the other hand, if they’re doing well, I want them to succeed even more! It genuinely makes me happy to help people overcome challenges and enhance their lives.
This is my first time working within the humanitarian space and I’m loving the multicultural environment at Melaleuca. I’m looking forward to enhancing my skills, to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of people and experience more meaningful human interactions.
