Maryna Krasnikova
Case and Services Coordinator

Maryna is a Case and Service Coordinator at Melaleuca, helping clients understand their rights, access services, and build the skills and confidence needed for long-term independence in Australia.
She began as a Bicultural Support Worker in 2022 with Ukrainian refugees under the Humanitarian Settlement Program, later supporting families and children from diverse cultural backgrounds. Since 2024, she has continued this work as a Case and Service Coordinator, dedicated to assisting culturally and linguistically diverse clients.
Passionate about helping people, Maryna values building connections, learning about different cultures, and supporting individuals to reach their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dreams of a community where everyone feels safe and respected.
