I’m passionate about helping people and making a real change in their lives. And I put my heart and soul into living this passion every day in my job. I’m Manager of the Workforce Australia – Palmerston site and I work with an amazing team of Employment Mentors. Our Mentors work closely with our Job Seeker clients to assist them in overcoming barriers to employment and secure sustainable employment in a timely manner.
I really enjoy helping our clients to conquer their barriers and assisting them to be the best version of themselves. It’s a wonderful feeling to gain their trust, share their journey and work together to secure employment for them. In fact, I hope to be a driving force in eliminating the stigma associated with employment services. We’re here to assist in our fullest capacity to help people find long term work, not just to suspend Job Seeker payments due to non-compliance.
