Ivy is a Case and Service Coordinator at Melaleuca, ensuring the delivery of high-quality settlement support to clients from humanitarian and culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) backgrounds who are building new lives in the Northern Territory. Her role involves leading case management, coordinating comprehensive orientation sessions, linking clients to essential services, and working collaboratively to support positive settlement outcomes.
Calm and compassionate in her approach, Ivy works closely with Paul in the Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers. She is dedicated to promoting trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices that place client goals and wellbeing at the centre of service delivery.
