Amy Hall
Support Services Officer
As a Support Services Officer, I coordinate the logistics necessary to settle families arriving in Australia. This involves maintaining administrative procedures, office practices and services to facilitate workflow. I love that my job offers so much variety and challenges, as no two days are the same!
Before joining Melaleuca, I worked in positions that were heavily administrative-based, requiring fast paced, problem solving and planning. I’m grateful for that experience, which has been essential in skills development in my current job.
Outside of work, I’m mother to two young boys and a 10 year old daughter, who keep me very (happily) busy and are the love my life. My daughter is special needs and my experience navigating life with her has highlighted areas, processes and procedures that can be greatly improved. She is my driving force to ensure services and facilities are accessible and inclusive for everyone in our community. I dream of the day when people of all cultures, backgrounds and ability levels can live a supported free and inclusive life.
