Zelda is Melaleuca’s Manager for Wellbeing Services — a highly accountable, values-based leader who operationally oversees the Health and Wellbeing team. In this role, she provides high-level, outcomes-focused clinical counselling services to individuals and families who have experienced torture or trauma and who have complex support needs. Zelda also offers professional oversight and guidance to the counselling and wellbeing teams, ensuring best practice and compassionate care across all services.
With many years of experience in trauma counselling, Zelda considers it a privilege to connect with clients at a deep level of vulnerability and trust, and to witness their healing and restoration. She continues to explore a range of therapeutic modalities to inform best practice and strengthen outcomes for those she supports.
Outside of work, Zelda enjoys art, interior design, and creative projects that help her stay grounded and connected. She has a deep appreciation for beautiful spaces, furnishings, and finishes — and dreams of one day owning a farm filled with as many dogs as she can fit!
