Senior Case and Services Coordinator
My role within the Humanitarian Settlement Program is to support our clients during their initial settlement in Australia. This includes picking them up from the airport, connecting them with schools, health care services, community networks and securing accommodation and job opportunities.
Before joining Melaleuca, I worked with the Australian Red Cross as a social worker, supporting humanitarian entrants and people seeking asylum. As social justice and human rights are two of my passions, it’s wonderful to be able to build upon my previous experience within this role.
In my spare time, some of my favourite things to do are playing tennis, swimming and exploring Darwin’s beautiful national parks.
