Valentina Cardenas Belalcazar
Executive Assistant

Valentina is the EA to the CEO at Melaleuca Australia, providing executive, administrative and governance support to help coordinate organisational priorities, strengthen relationships and support positive outcomes for the multicultural communities Melaleuca serves.
She brings experience across government, international organisations and the not-for-profit sector. Prior to joining Melaleuca, Valentina supported the Colombian Ambassador to the World Trade Organization in Geneva and worked in the European Parliament, contributing to international cooperation initiatives and relationships between Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her work has focused on creating positive social impact, fostering collaboration and supporting diverse communities. Valentina enjoys building genuine relationships, listening to people’s stories and bringing people together through community connections. She believes that kindness, curiosity and collaboration are at the heart of strong communities and great teamwork.
As a migrant herself, Valentina is passionate about inclusion, belonging and the value of cultural diversity. Her experience working alongside migrant women and multicultural communities has strengthened her commitment to creating welcoming and supportive environments where people can thrive.
Outside of work, Valentina enjoys travelling, climbing, spending time outdoors and learning about different cultures and spiritual traditions. She is naturally curious, loves meeting new people and believes there is something to learn from every conversation.
