As Manager of Community Services at Melaleuca, Hugo focuses on learning, empowering, and guiding others while fostering growth and collaboration. He works closely with the Multicultural Services teams, supporting their goals and the people they serve with encouragement and constructive feedback.
With a background in migration and supporting vulnerable communities, Hugo is inspired daily by the resilience of others and is driven to create lasting positive change through compassion and collective action. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, travel, exploring cultures and languages, mindfulness, and spending time with small social and research groups.
He dreams of one day returning to Colombia to support families displaced by violence, and looks forward to the joy of having a family of his own. Grateful to be part of Melaleuca, Hugo is passionate about contributing to a team that works hard to provide quality services.
