Belle is the Manager of Corporate and Executive Services at Melaleuca, providing high-level administrative, executive and governance support to the organisation. She leads the effective delivery of corporate services and administration across the organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of Melaleuca’s offices, coordination of Board and governance processes and oversight of a small but dedicated team. With a focus on efficiency, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement, Belle ensures that corporate and support functions align with Melaleuca’s organisational priorities and values.

Since joining Melaleuca in May 2023, Belle has valued being part of such a welcoming, supportive and passionate team. Initially appointed as Executive Assistant, she was promoted to Manager, Corporate and Executive Services in mid-2025 in recognition of her leadership and impact. Belle brings a steady, calming presence and a strong sense of purpose to her work, helping the organisation run seamlessly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Belle enjoys connecting with others and believes in the importance of building relationships, making people feel welcome and contributing to a caring and inclusive environment.
