Mfaume Kakozi
Bicultural Support Worker
Mfaume is a Support Worker – Settlement Services at Melaleuca, providing assistance to both colleagues and clients to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for people settling into their new lives in Australia. He works closely with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds to understand their individual needs, offer guidance through the resettlement process, and connect them with additional support when needed.
A strong believer in giving to others and finding joy in life’s moments, Mfaume takes great pride in helping people overcome challenges and fostering a sense of peace and belonging within the community.
Outside of work, Mfaume plays soccer for several clubs in Darwin, volunteers at community events, and shares his musical talents on the drums and keyboard at his church.
