Jade Baker
Case & Service Coordinator SETS

Jade is a Case and Service Coordinator at Melaleuca, working within the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program. This service focuses on supporting migrants and people from a refugee background up until they become a citizen of Australia, to help them build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging in their new community.
In her role, Jade supports, empowers, and equips clients with the information and skills needed to meet their settlement goals. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside people from diverse backgrounds and to witness their incredible strength and resilience.
Having completed her Social Work qualification in Brisbane, Jade moved to Darwin at the end of 2019 and now calls this place her home. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors.
