Rupesh Yadav
Case and Services Coordinator
As a Case and Services Coordinator, I’m responsible for helping newly arrived refugees to settle into their new way of life in Darwin. This is done using a strengths and needs based approach, so my experience working with refugees, migrants, unaccompanied minors and young people is invaluable in my ability to fully help our clients.
As part of my job, I’m currently involved in a Melaleuca program called “Men’s Group”, which connects men from migrant backgrounds with mainstream Australians. The program focuses on improving our clients’ capabilities through network building, developing friendships and learning new skills.
When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling (I dream of holidaying in South America!), meeting new people and playing cricket.
