Erin Plumb

Executive Director Client Services

I’ve been drawn to humanitarian work since I visited my first refugee camp in Thailand at the age of nine. So, it wasn’t a stretch for my career path to include working in public health and nursing prior to joining Melaleuca. In my current position, I’m responsible for supporting our Client Services staff to deliver specialised, holistic services to our clients, while ensuring appropriate systems and structures are in place to strengthen these activities.

As I love giving back, I volunteer in my spare time with Cosmos Healthcare, a not-for-profit organisation providing health education in poverty-stricken areas. My other passions include my family, helping people achieve their fullest potential and walking on the beach with my dogs.

In the future, I hope to work in refugee camps, implementing holistic health programs and clinics, to promote health and wellbeing among traumatised people.
