Two of my major interests are life-long learning and promoting curiosity, so I am very fortunate that both are fundamental to my job.
On a day-to-day basis, my role is to develop, deliver and support a wide range of learning initiatives for our clients, staff and the wider Darwin community.
I love our community here in Darwin, which is why I founded “Darwin Kind” – a live crowdfunding event which supports small-scale initiatives that benefit our community. Before joining Melaleuca, I worked for more than 20 years as an English Language Teacher and Teacher Trainer. More recently, I’ve been developing and delivering training programs that target specific communication needs within health, education and business.
No matter what I’m doing, I’m drawn to people who are authentic and I find that there’s no better medicine than laughter and music!
